As the consultation service is unable to directly examine the client and relies on information provided by the client alone the diagnosis may not be 100% accurate.

Our intend is to inform and to educate as accurately as possible.

• The consultation serves as a guideline based on the answers provided and may not be 100% accurate as each person’s skin may differ even in small degrees which could result in the different diagnoses being made in a one-to-one consultation.
• The pictures the client provides during the consultation and their medical information is strictly confidential and kept safe, undisclosed to another party. All the information provided are destroyed after a maximum of one year after the consultation.

Participant cancellations

Skin Education by S.Jolie is a small business.

In order to run Skin Education By S.Jolie as efficiently as possible, and because is important to stay in business to be able to offer my support, I need to be strict on participant cancellations.

Please respect my cancellation policy and check your booking before committing. Cancellation within 12 hours will not be refunded. Any cancellation prior 12 hours will be 90% refunded due to the payment fees.  There are no additional charges for rescheduling appointments.
