Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, blog posts, branding, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Skin Education & Wellness and its licensors. Copying, reproduction, or redistribution of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Cancellation Policy

Skin Education & Wellness is a small business, and to ensure smooth operations, we apply the following cancellation policy:

Please respect your booking and check carefully before committing.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
Any cancellation before 24 hours will be refunded 100% (due to payment fees).
There are no extra charges for rescheduling.
I have the right to refuse the client if 3 or more cancellations within 24 hr have been made.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Skin Education & Wellness.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through such websites.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

5. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

All treatments and consultations offered by Skin Education & Wellness are wellness and skincare-related and do not replace medical or dermatological advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical conditions or concerns.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Medical Disclaimer & Post-Procedure Care

By booking an appointment with Skin Education & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Online booking does not guarantee 100% suitability for the treatment chosen. At your in-person consultation, the therapist may determine that you are not suitable and may recommend postponement, alternative treatments, or a medical review.
Results depend on your compliance. If you do not follow post-procedure care instructions, your condition may worsen, or you may not see results.
SPF is non-negotiable. You must apply sunscreen daily after treatments.
No other invasive procedures (microneedling, laser, peels, injectables, etc.) may be performed for at least 5+ days after your treatment.
By agreeing to these Terms, you release Skin Education & Wellness from liability for any adverse results caused by your non-compliance.
