Medical Disclaimer & Post-Procedure Care

By booking an appointment with Skin Education & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Online booking does not guarantee 100% suitability for the treatment chosen. At your in-person consultation, the therapist may determine that you are not suitable and may recommend postponement, alternative treatments, or a medical review.
• Results depend on your compliance. If you do not follow post-procedure care instructions, your condition may worsen, or you may not see results.
• SPF is non-negotiable. You must apply sunscreen daily after treatments.
• No other invasive procedures (microneedling, laser, peels, injectables, etc.) may be performed for at least 5+ days after your treatment.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you release Skin Education & Wellness from liability for any adverse results caused by your non-compliance.

 

Skin Consultations

Consultations provided via skineducation.eu or in-person at Skin Education & Wellness are for guidance only and should not be regarded as medical diagnosis. Online consultations rely solely on the information you provide; therefore, results may differ from those obtained in a one-to-one clinical evaluation.

• The consultation offers a personalized guideline but may not be 100% accurate.
• If inflammation, rosacea, or other skin pathologies are suspected, I will always recommend referral to a dermatologist.
• Any photos and medical information you share are treated as strictly confidential, stored securely, and deleted after a maximum of 12 months.

Essential Oils & Holistic Services

I work with doTERRA essential oils (pure and tested for potency). I do not endorse or practice their MLM model, but I provide safe, accessible wellness programs in-house. Treatments include facial & cervical massage and Indian scalp massage, aimed at relaxation, improved circulation, and overall skin health.

The information provided on essential oils is for general wellness purposes only. It is not intended as medical treatment. Always consult your doctor before using essential oils in case of chronic conditions, pregnancy, or medication.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business in Bucharest, cancellations affect both my work and other clients’ appointments. Please respect my cancellation policy:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours are refunded at 90% (due to processing fees).
• Rescheduling is always possible at no extra cost.
