Preferably from your moisturizer. If your BB or foundation has SPF as well, the more the better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Focus on balms, milky cleansers, fatty serums, nourishing moisturizers, gentle enzyme exfoliants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a runner\/cyclist &#8211; use a recovery balm to protect against wind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid super fragranced cosmetics\/toners with alcohol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some great ingredients to look for:  peptide, ceramide, hyaluronic acid,  fatty acids like stearic, palmitic, linoleic, oleic, olive oil, shea butter, avocado oil, grapeseed oil, lavender oil, oats, squalene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-top-tips-for-dehydrated-skin\"><em>TOP TIPS FOR DEHYDRATED SKIN <\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Look for water based products &#8211; <strong>gels, lightweight lotions, foams, fluids.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exfoliate, use acids that stimulate your hydration &#8211; lactic acid. mandelic acid (glycolic may be harsh) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use masks and mix and match your serums. Protect your skin with SPF, use hydrating toners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid stripping products, soaps, synthetic stuff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Look for hydrating ingredients like: aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, glycerine, seaweed, propylene glycol, squalene, ceramide.
